Policies & What to Expect

Soma Sanctuary Bodywork is designed to be a space of safety, respect, and care — for both you and me. These policies help keep things running smoothly and ensure every session is a positive experience.

Booking & Cancellations

Life happens — I get it.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so I can offer that spot to someone else.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the session cost.
  • No-shows will be charged the full session rate.

If you’re sick or feeling unwell, please reach out as soon as possible. We’ll find a way to reschedule without penalty when it’s health related.

Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive a few minutes early so you have time to settle in before your session.
If you arrive late, your session may need to end at the scheduled time to respect the next client.

First Session Info

New clients will complete a short intake form before our first session to help me understand your goals, history, and preferences. This can be done before the session in office or at home via a form sent over e-mail. We’ll talk briefly before beginning so you know exactly what to expect and I can better understand your concerns.

Payment & Packages

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit/debit, cash, HSA/FSA cards, Venmo.
If you purchase a package or use a loyalty card, discounts are applied at checkout.

Professional Boundaries

All services are strictly professional. Any inappropriate behavior will end the session immediately and result in being unable to book future appointments.

Confidentiality & Comfort

Everything discussed or observed in your session is confidential. You’re always in control — if you need to adjust pressure, position, or anything else, please speak up. Your comfort and safety come first, always.

Questions?

If you’re ever unsure about what to expect or whether a session is right for you, just ask. I’m a text, call, or email away and happy to talk things through before you book. This work is about collaboration, not mystery.
