THE PERSON BEHIND THE PRACTICE
Hi, I’m Sage, founder of Soma Sanctuary and a person who gets genuinely excited about muscle attachments, tension patterns, and helping you get out of pain. I bring over 1,000 hours of body-based training, nerdy enthusiasm, clinical curiosity, and a bit of humor into every session.
My work is precise and clinical, but I'm equally focused on creating a space that feels safe, grounded, and trauma-informed. I believe how your body feels in the room matters as much as what happens in it. I love helping people connect the dots, understand their pain patterns, and feel genuinely cared for in the process.
Clients come to me because I listen closely, ask questions, and treat your body like a system trying its best, and not a list of symptoms to chase. I’m here to help you understand your pain, feel more at home in your body, and experience care that’s both technically and emotionally aware.

Manual therapy targeting the muscles and trigger points contributing to your pain, including referral patterns that explain why something has hurt somewhere unexpected for so long.
Informed by Anatomy Trains and myofascial thinking, this work addresses the connective tissue patterns that shape your posture and movement. I look at the whole body and how it works, not only where it hurts.
Cupping, assisted stretching, and sports-focused bodywork create space in stuck, overworked tissue. This improves range of motion, flushes fatigued muscles, and supports recovery and performance.
How you breathe directly affects how your muscles hold tension. I weave breathwork into sessions to support nervous system regulation and release the deeper holding patterns that breathing mechanics create.
